Archiving and Depositing Policy
General Principles
The editorial board ensures long-term preservation and open access to scholarly publications by leveraging the technical capabilities of the OJS platform and institutional and national repository systems.
The archiving policy aims to guarantee:
- permanent access to published content;
- preservation of content regardless of the technical condition of the journal’s website;
- compliance with the principles of open science.
Content Storage and Access
All journal materials are published in electronic form and made openly available on the official journal website.
The journal ensures the preservation of:
- full-text publications;
- metadata (authors, title, abstract, keywords, DOI, etc.);
- stable access to published materials.
Backup and Technical Preservation
The journal uses the capabilities of the OJS platform to organize data storage and protection, including:
- storage of content on the journal’s server;
- regular data backup.
Depositing and External Storage
To ensure additional preservation and dissemination of research outputs, journal materials may be deposited in:
- national and institutional repositories;
- library and scientific information systems;
- international indexing and analytical platforms, including Index Copernicus.
This approach ensures multiple access points to the journal’s content and reduces the risk of data loss.
Archiving Frequency
Archiving is carried out on an ongoing basis:
- after the publication of each journal issue;
- during routine technical backup processes;
- when metadata are updated or corrected.
Self-Archiving
The journal supports open science principles and allows authors to deposit their works independently.
Preprint
Authors may deposit preprints (manuscripts before peer review) in open repositories, provided that the journal is acknowledged as the intended place of publication.
Postprint
Authors may deposit postprints (final versions of the article) in national or international repositories, provided that they include:
- the journal title;
- the publisher;
- the article DOI;
- a complete and accurate bibliographic reference.
Policy Updates
The archiving policy is reviewed periodically, taking into account developments in technical capabilities and international standards in scholarly publishing.
