University Scientific Notes does not charge any fees for the submission, review, or publication of manuscripts.

The journal follows a diamond open access model. Accordingly:

• no article submission fees are charged;
• no peer review fees are charged;
• no article processing or publication fees (APC) are charged;
• no fees are required at any stage of the editorial process.

Transparency of editorial decisions

Editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, relevance, and originality of the submitted manuscript, as well as the results of peer review.

Payment or financial considerations do not influence editorial decisions in any form.

Costs and funding

All costs associated with the editorial process and publication are covered by the publisher and/or supporting institutions.

Authors are not required to make any payments related to the publication of their work in the journal.
