The editorial policy is developed in accordance with internationally recognised standards and recommendations, including:

• Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) — about publication ethics, conflict of interest management, handling of misconduct, and retraction procedures;
• San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA) — promoting responsible research assessment and discouraging the misuse of formal metrics;
• Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) — ensuring open access to scholarly research;
• Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) — promoting transparency, openness, and quality in academic publishing.

Core Principles

In its activities, the journal ensures:

• independence of editorial decisions;
• objectivity and impartiality of the peer review process;
• transparency of submission, review, and publication procedures;
• prevention of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and duplicate publication;
• proper management of conflicts of interest;
• responsible authorship and clear attribution of contributions;
• openness and accessibility of research results.

Implementation of Standards

The editorial board:

• follows COPE guidelines in addressing publication ethics issues;
• ensures that peer review procedures comply with internationally recognized standards;
• does not rely solely on formal bibliometric indicators when assessing the quality of research;
• promotes integration into the international academic community through adherence to open science principles.
